The OCSB will open a new Catholic elementary school in the northern portion of the Fernbank Community at 620 Triangle St. The new school is scheduled to open in September 2027 and will serve students in grades JK-6, with French Immersion programming and before and after-school child care.
Proposed Boundary Changes
The proposed attendance boundary for the new school affects the existing boundaries for St. Martin de Porres and St. Stephen schools.

Following the public consultation process, a recommendation report on the proposal will be presented to the Board of Trustees for a final decision on June 9, 2026.
